He is the Marketing Associate for Managing Director Ryan Kramer. Along with marketing duties for Ryan Kramer, Ryan also assists with supporting New Financial Representatives. During his free time Ryan enjoys spending time with his family members and living an active lifestyle.

She is the Operations Assistant for the RPS Financial Group- Kansas City. In this role she supports the New Financial Representatives in the office as well as assisting the New Financial Representatives Director/ Operations Manager. LeAnn resides in Blue Springs, Missouri with her husband Brian, and daughter Lilly.

Stephanie L Merrill Director of Development stephanie.merrill@nmfn.com 816.412.1494 Stephanie Merrill began her career with Northwestern Mutual in September of 2004 as an associate to Ryan T. George, CFP, CLU. In October 2006 she joined the staff at the Kansas City office as the Technology Coach. Currently, she is the Director of Development, RACE Coach & District Office Technology Coordinator. She holds an Associate Financial Representative contract and has her 6 & 63. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of General Studies Communication Studies and a Minor in Sociology.
