Ryan Kramer started his career in December of 1997, accepting an internship with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network while completing his senior year at Illinois State University.  After looking into several fields, he decided that the financial services industry had the most to offer. Since then he finished in the Top 10 in the country for the Mike Gish Award College Unit Director and was New Representative of the Year in the Wright Financial Group. 

For five years Ryan had the opportunity to work as a Field Director, spending a portion of his time in management. In 2005, he moved to Cincinnati to become a Managing Director with RPS Finanical Group.  In March of 2008, he transitioned to Kansas City, MO to become Managing Director of the Kansas City Office of RPS Finanical Group.  Currently, he works with 30 plus veteran financial representives, helps new finanical representatives grow their business and manages the financial wellbeing of his own clients.
